The AllAi Description Assistant is a feature designed to enhance your task descriptions by providing detailed. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively use this feature.
Project Manager/Business Analyst: Needs to ensure tasks are clearly defined for team members.
Task asignee: Developer, SA, Tech Lead: Requires detailed task descriptions to understand and execute tasks efficiently.
Ensure you are logged into your AllAi Chrome extension plugin.

Navigate to your task description and select "Edit Task."
Look for the floating AllAi logo button within the task description editor.
Click on the AllAi logo button to initiate the assistant.

The AI will prompt you with additional questions about the task. These questions are dynamic and change according to the content.
Fill in the questions with as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the more accurate the AI's suggestions will be.
Check out the improved task description provided by the AI. You can choose to add the enhanced description below the initial text or replace the initial description entirely.
