AllAi Jira was designed to make the task of writing good descriptions more efficient and assertive. With just one click, you can change a draft text to make it more professional or casual, summarize it, enhance it, generate user stories from it or translate it into another language. In addition, you can always apply a grammar and spelling checker, ensuring that your description is written in the best possible way.

How to improve the description in Issue Creation
Select the Create button on the top menu.
Write your description text in the Description box.
Click on the AllAi menu to select the description improvement option:
Change tone (Professional or Casual)
Translate to (English, French, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Ukrainian)
Correct Grammar and Spelling
Generate User Stories
Generate Test Cases
Enhance
Summarize
Click on your preferred option.
After a few seconds the AllAi Jira will provide a new suggested description.
If you want, you can try more than one improvement option in the same description.
To discard a suggested description click on the Undo button on the right corner of the Description box.
How to improve the description in Issue Edition
Select the edit button ( ) in the issue main page.
The AllAi Jira Menu is available with the same options and instructions of use as in Issue Creation.
How to improve the text in Comment Creation
Go to issue Activity panel and select the Add Comment.
The AllAi Jira Menu is available with the same options and instructions of use as in Issue Creation and Edition.

How to summarize comments with AllAi Jira
Note: the Summary panel is only available for issues with comments.
Go to issue Activity panel.
Select the AllAi Jira Summary tab.
After a few seconds the AllAi Jira will provide a summary of the issue description and a summary of the discussion.
The AllAi Jira Summary will be reloaded whenever a new comment is added.

User stories are important elements on the Agile process as they express how a piece of work will deliver a particular value back to the customer.
With AllAi Jira you can generate complete and well-detailed user stories from basic information about user needs.

How to generate User Stories
Click on the AllAi Jira menu and select the Generate User Stories feature.
A new window will open with a template form to enter information about the user story to be generated.
Fill in the requested information (pay attention to the mandatory questions).
The user stories will be generated in the description box, you can edit it before creating the Issue.
Note: the quality of the user stories generated is directly related to the quality of the input information. Then, fill out the form with as much information as possible.

Test Case Generation
Automatically generate test steps from an issue’s description? Is this a dream for QA's?! Now available on AllAi Jira!
Test automation reduces manual efforts through repeatable and stable processes, increases testing ROI, accelerates testing and feedback, and ultimately reduces business expenses. So, test automation is good, but what about AUTOMATIC test case generation?
That's right! With AllAi Jira you can generate the entire test case, including summary, description and test steps (actions, data and expected results) from the description of an Jira issue.

How to generate test cases
Click on the AllAi Jira menu and select the Generate Test Cases feature.
The test case can be generated from different Jira issue types and the selected issue’s mandatory fields, type and summary are automatically displayed within the test case generation form. Additional instructions for generating test steps can be inserted in field Instructions. Together with the test steps, are automatically generated also the AI Generated Test Case Summary and the AI Generated Test Case Description fields that can be edited by the user if needed. Click on the Generate Test Steps button to start the test generation.
The generated test steps will be displayed in the Test Steps area.
To delete a test step click on the icon.
To move a test step click on it and drag to the desired position.
To add a test step click on the button.
To regenerate the test steps click on the Regenerate Test Steps button.
Review and edit the generated suggestion for Summary if needed.
Review and edit the generated suggestion for Description if needed.
Click on Create Test Case button to create the Test issue. A message will be displayed with the new issue Id and a second message will appear below to inform users that the newly created test case is automatically linked to the issue from which it was generated.
Click on the issue Id to see the created Test issue.

How to use the Instructions field
Prerequisites: The user story should have a detailed description of the desired outcome.
The instructions field can be used in several ways to guide the tool in providing the accurate set of actions to validate the desired aspect/feature/ functionality:
User can give instructions that refer to the test case’s content
Example of instructions:
Cover both positive & negative scenarios
Approach only X feature in the story
Focus only on a specific part of the story
Do not include scenarios that involve X features ( ex: external integrations, third party payment gateway)
Include responsiveness scenarios
Make sure to consider the appropriate boundary values for X field (Ex: Age, Price, Quantity, Date)
Use specific test data if case (Ex: “User: JohnDoe, Password: Abc123” as test data for positive scenarios)
User can also give instructions that point out the test case’s structure:
Generate no more than ten test steps
Only generate five steps
Don’t generate test data
Don’t generate expected results
Users have the possibility to integrate both types of instructions in order to create comprehensive test cases that include all test conditions and cover all the functionalities that are being tested:
Cover both positive & negative scenarios and provide “User: JohnDoe, Password: Abc123” as test data for positive scenarios.
Approach only X feature in the story and generate no more than 10 steps
Focus on the first part of the story, make sure to consider the appropriate boundary values for Price field and only generate 5 steps
If the generated test steps do not meet the desired criteria, it is possible to supplement the Instructions field with additional specific instructions and regenerate them.

Generate high-level recommendations to help you streamline the process of solving tasks. These suggestions are generated based on the description of the tasks, are non-code related and provide a starting point for tackling challenges efficiently.

How to generate suggestions
Click on the ‘'AllAi Suggestions’' component
Select the Technology
In case you want to select another technology than CORE or SFCC, click on ‘'Other’' and type the technology your task is based on.
Click on Generate Suggestions
Check the suggestions
You can regenerate the suggestions by clicking on ‘'Regenerate Suggestions’'
Note: Depending on the level of details of the description, the AI will provide different suggestions. For example, if there are more technical considerations, the AI will provide more technical oriented suggestions
