Task asignee: Developer, SA, Tech Lead: Requires detailed task descriptions to understand and execute tasks efficiently.
Steps to Use AllAi Description Assistant
Step 1: Log In
Ensure you are logged into your AllAi Chrome extension plugin.
The AllAi-Description assistant is part of AllAi Chrome plugin that requires authentication to be enabled within Jira.

Step 2: Access Task Description
Navigate to your task description and select "Edit Task."
Step 3: Locate the AllAi Logo
Look for the floating AllAi logo button within the task description editor.
Step 4: Enable the assistant
Click on the AllAi logo button to initiate the assistant.
Note: Wait a few seconds in order to trigger the AllAi button
Step 5: Respond to AI Questions
The AI will prompt you with additional questions about the task. These questions are dynamic and change according to the content.
Step 6: Provide Detailed Answers
Fill in the questions with as much detail as possible. The more information you provide, the more accurate the AI's suggestions will be.
Step 7: Review and Update Description
Check out the improved task description provided by the AI. You can choose to add the enhanced description below the initial text or replace the initial description entirely.
In order for AllAi to improve your description, ensure that your description field contains at least 100 characters.
